KPN Ventures invests in nanotechnology fund imec.xpand

KPN Ventures said it has invested in Imec.xpand, an independently managed fund linked to Belgian research institute Imec, focused on hardware-based nanotechnology and ICT innovations. The fund said it raised EUR 117 million in capital with its first round, against an expected EUR 100 million.
