LG Electronics launches second Prada phone

LG Electronics and Prada will release their second Prada Phone by LG before the end of the year. The new Prada mobile will be available with a starting price of EUR 600 through mobile dealerships in Italy, the UK, France, Germany, Spain and Netherlands in the fourth quarter. The new Prada phone features a silver, slide-out Qwerty keyboard, 3G compatibility with video calling, 7.2 Mbps HSDPA, full HTML browser, a 5 megapixel camera with Schneider-Kreuznach lens and Wi-Fi access. LG's first Prada phone, released in early 2007, sold over 1 million units within 18 months of its launch.
