
Global MVNO LycaMobile plans to start services in Ukraine in the coming months. The Ukrainian national telecommunications regulator NKRZI has included the company in the register of Ukrainian telecom operators. The company plans to provide services across the country.
LycaMobile plans to use the 3G network of mobile operator Trimob, a subsidiary of national operator Ukrtelecom.
Lycamobile confirmed it was granted a MVNO licence and the agreement with Trimob. The launch in Ukraine would be its 22nd market and follows the recent expansion to Macedonia.
