Russian mobile operator Megafon, in cooperation with Intel, has launched the Megafon Mint smartphone, the first smartphone based on Intel chips in Russia. The device is available on the online shop and in retail outlets of the operator for RUB 17,990. The phone is powered by the Intel Atom Z2460 processor under and Intel XMM 6260 platform supporting HSPA+. The smartphone features a 4.03-inch HD screen and 8 megapixel camera.
