M:tel deploys fibre network in Republika Srpska

Bosnian operator m:tel has started the deployment of its optical fibre network in the Republika Srpska. After Bijeljina and the start of work in Banja Luka, the installation work is entering the final phase in Prijedor. Construction of the optical network has started in Gradiska and Novi Grad, while the population of Doboj will get the new technology soon, as work is expected to kick-off this summer. These works will enable a multi-fold increase in internet speeds, better quality of services with a set of new features, as well as the availability of IPTV packages in smaller towns and rural
