M:tel introduces Open promo in Bosnia

Bosnian operator m:tel is giving away BAM 200 credit to customers who subscribe to an Open package that includes IPTV service. The bonus can be used to pay for the monthly subscription to the Open package. In addition, all those who sign up will pay only BAM 0.99 for the first month. The offer is valid until 31 August.
