
Music streaming service Simfy launches in Belgium

Germany-based music streaming service Simfy has launched its music streaming service in Belgium after signing agreements with all major labels, the key aggregators for independent labels and Sabam, the Belgian society of authors, composers and music publishers. Music fans can listen to 13 million songs at www.simfy.be on the website or using the simfy desktop player free with the advertising-financed simfy Free service. With the monthly subscription options starting at EUR 4.99 users get access to the premium services free of advertising, include the offline mode allowing users to download music to their devices and computers, and access to the iPhone, iPad, Android and BlackBerry apps. The website, simfy Player and mobile apps are all available in French as well as Flemish. Simfy is already available in Germany, Switzerland and Austria and has more than 1 million registered users.
