Canadian telecom company Dot.mobile said it plans to offer connectivity services in Canada in 2020 as an MVNO. It will connect consumers and small businesses to existing national LTE networks. Built as a smartphone application for iOS and Android, dot.mobile will hand over full control of the wireless experience to its end-users. Dot.mobile is a completely digital service and has no plans for traditional retail stores or call centres. Canadians will be able to bring their own phone (BYOD) and get their SIM cards both electronically and through local delivery partners.
