MyRepublic strikes MVNO partnership deal with StarHub
Singapore internet start-up MyRepublic has signed an MVNO partnership deal with StarHub. The agreement will enable MyRepublic to use StarHub’s mobile network infrastructure to offer mobile services in Singapore.

MyRepublic first announced its intentions to launch mobile services in 2015, and later that year attracted over 50,000 registrations of interest for the MyRepublic HetNet Mobility Trial in Jurong. 

MyRepublic expects to launch mobile services in Singapore very soon, and plans to announce further details on its plans and bundles at a later date.

Singaporean operator MyRepublic has selected Indian operator Tata Communications (Tata Coms) to expand its offering from home broadband to mobile services. The cloud-based Tata Communications MOVE platform is expected to help MyRepublic become a mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) without making capital investments in its own mobile network infrastructure or service management.

MyRepublic to launch MVNO in Singapore in October

Singapore internet start-up MyRepublic plans to launch mobile services on the local market in October this year. To provide its mobile service, MyRepublic will buy airtime in bulk from Singtel, StarHub or M1, instead of building its own mobile network, The Straits Times reports.
