Netflix has signed a mult-year agreement to make a range of programmes with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Prince Harry and Meghan, the New York Times reported. The couple have a founded a production company and will for Netflix make documentaries, docu-series, feature films, scripted shows and children’s programming. The content will be exclusive to Netflix.
“Our focus will be on creating content that informs but also gives hope,” the couple said in a statement. “As new parents, making inspirational family programming is also important to us.” No financial details were disclosed.
Although the couple may appear on camera in documentary programming, Meghan said she has no plans to return to acting, according to a representative.
