New fibre ISP Hyperoptic set to offer 1 Gbps download speeds
A new full-fibre optic ISP called Hyperoptic has been established in the UK by Boris Ivanovic (President) and Dana Pressman Tobak (Managing Director), who previously co-founded ISP Be. Hyperoptic is close to launching download speeds of 1 Gbps, initially rolling out its service to large residential buildings and offices across the UK. Ivanovic said that Hyperoptic wanted to open consumers' minds to the future beyond broadband and enable them to connect, explore and be satisfied with their online connection.
