Norlys to buy rest of Verdo Tele with 26,000 fibre premises, appoints head of Norlys Digital customer centre

Danish operator Norlys said it has reached a conditional agreement to take over the rest of Verdo Tele, which has a fibre network serving at least 26,000 premises in Randers and Hobro. Norlys already owns a 25 percent stake in Verdo Tele and supports operation of the fibre network. Separately, Norlys said it has appointed a new head of the customer centre of Norlys Digital.
