NorthC buys IP Exchange from Q.beyond for EUR 44 mln

NorthC Group Deutschland, the German subsidiary of Dutch regional data centre provider NorthC, has signed an agreement to acquire IP Exchange, the operator of data centres owned by Q.beyond, for EUR 44 million. Through the transaction, NorthC Group acquires data centres in Munich and Nuremberg, thus expanding into the German market. NorthC said IPX is well positioned in Bavaria, providing colocation services, connectivity and managed services to customers from numerous industries.
