Nos telco revenue growth improves to 1.8% in Q2

Portuguese telecom operator Nos reported EUR 389.3 million in operating revenues during the second quarter of 2018, up 0.5 percent year-on-year. EBITDA rose 2.1 percent to EUR 158.8 million, for an EBITDA margin of 40.8 percent (+0.6%). Telco revenues rose 1.8 percent to EUR 374.2 million, helped by growth in the mobile and business segments, and telco EBITDA was up 3.9 percent to EUR 148.7 million. The group's net income reached EUR 45.1 million, an increase of 14.3 percent year-on-year.
