NTT DoCoMo has filled another gap for its i-mode service it has in Europe. According to a Reuters media report, the Japanese telecom giant has reached a basic agreement to license its i-mode technology to Wind, Italy's third-largest telecom operator. Citing sources close to the NTT DoCoMo top, it said the agreement will be announced next week. After this latest expansion, DoCoMo's i-mode service will be available in Europe in Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Spain and Italy.
