OnePlus has unveiled its new smartphone, the OnePlus 2. The phone will be available from August for EUR 339. Sales will run the same as its first smartphone, by invitation only, which OnePlus says is aimed at keeping stocks and prices low. Interested buyers can sign up on the company's website to join the waiting list.
The OnePlus 2 comes with a 5.5-inch full HD screen, a faster Snapdragon 810 1.8 GHz processor and Android 5.1 adapted with OnePlus' own OxygenOS. The basic model comes with 3GB RAM and 16 GB internal storage, while the more expensive version a EUR 399 includes 4 GB RAM and 64 GB storage. The 4G phone also comes with a 13 megapixel back camera, 5 megapixel front camera and dual-Sim support.
China-based OnePlus sold over 1.5 million units of its first smartphone.
