Oracle cloud continues to drive revenues, up 6% to USD 9.6 bln in Q2

Oracle again delivered solid quarterly results, with cloud revenues leaping 44 percent year-on-year to USD 1.5 billion and total revenues rising 6 percent to USD 9.6 billion. For the second quarter of fiscal 2018, Cloud plus on-premise software revenues were up 9 percent to USD 7.8 billion. Cloud SaaS revenues jumped 55 percent to USD 1.1 billion while PaaS plus IaaS revenues advanced 21 percent to USD 396 million.
