
Oracle entered into an agreement to acquire Apiary, maker of the APIFlow platform. The proposed transaction is subject to customary closing conditions. Each company will continue to operate independently until the transaction closes. If the deal is approved, Apiary's APIFlow and Oracle's API Integration Cloud products will be combined to deliver an application programming interface (API) creation and management platform in the cloud that will help companies manage connectivity complexity and API proliferation.
