Orange Belgium buys Upsize and its BKM, CC@PS subsidiaries

Orange Belgium has agreed to buy Upsize, which the company says carries an enterprise value of EUR 52.4 million. The deal, which also includes Upsize subsidiaries BKM and CC@PS, will extend Orange Belgium's B2B offerings and let it provide a one-stop-shop ecosystem. It will also add 230 ICT skilled team members. The acquisition will be submitted to the Belgian Competition Authority for approval, before completion.
