Orange groups Europe network services in Warsaw
Orange announced plans to group more of its European network operations in its NOC in Poland. The Global Network Operations Center Europe in Warsaw will consolidate network services for a number of Orange subsidiaries, under a project slated to run until 2016. Orange employees from Poland and Romania will run the centre, with the total staff at the centre reaching over 400 people. 

GNOC Europe is responsible for remote maintenance of the core network, data, IP and transport and service platforms, including monitoring and expert technical support. These activities require engineers with high qualifications working 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The first customers of the GNOCe Orange Slovakia, Mobistar (Belgium and Luxembourg) and Orange Romania. GNOCe also continues to support Orange Poland as usual. By the end of 2016, GNOC Europe also will take responsibility for remote maintenance at other Orange companies in Europe, including Spain and Moldova.
