Orange issues EUR 2.5 bln worth of bonds

Orange has issued EUR 2.5 billion worth of bonds, across three tranches. The issue is for a seven-year 0.0 percent EUR 750 million bond, a 13-year 0.5 percent EUR 1 billion bond and a 30-year 1.375 percent EUR 750 million bond. Credit Agricole, Goldman Sachs, Barclays, BBVA, Deutsche Bank and ING are acting as bookrunners. Credit Agricole and Goldman Sachs will also act as global coordinators.
