Orange Romania has reached the 10 million customers milestone. In the last three years, the number of Orange clients increased by more than 5 million. In 2007, Orange expanded its mobile broadband network and as a result, it offers mobile internet access services to its customers at 3G+ speeds reaching 7.2 Mbps for download and 1.46 Mbps for upload. In 2008, Orange will continue the development of mobile data services and will increase the data transfer speed to 14.4 Mbps. Orange provides a retail network including 75 Orange locations and almost 1,000 partner shops. In addition, 800 Customer Support assistants offer Orange customers professional assistance and advice. Brand research has also registered improvement in all key brand metrics. Taking into consideration the first choice indicator, one of two people choose Orange when it comes to buying a new mobile service.
