Pannon wins subscribers adds in October
Hungarian mobile operator Pannon increased its market share in October, at the expense of rivals Vodafone and T-Mobile, according to figures from regulator NNN. Pannon held 34.96 percent of the subscribers in October compared to 34.85 percent in September, with Vodafone dropping from 21.07 percent in September to 21.02 in October. T-Mobile also dropped, from 44.08 percent share in September to 44.02 percent in October. In total the market grew by 0.76 percent in October compared to the previous month. Active subscriptions reached 9.715 million in October versus 9.655 million in September. Pannon added 40,000 new customers, T-Mobile around 30,000 and Vodafone just over 10,000.
