PayPal shares to start trading 20 July
Ebay announced that shares of the new company PayPal Holdings will start trading in New York 20 July. They will trade on the Nasdaq market under the symbol PYPL. Ebay shareholders of record on 08 July will receive one share in the new company for every share of eBay held. Shareholders should receive the stock 17 July, the company announced in a SEC filing. The listing completes the separation of eBay's marketplaces and payments businesses.

eBay revenues lift to USD 4.4 bln in Q2, still hit by forex

Online retailer eBay said revenues for its second quarter rose to USD 4.4 billion from 4.1 billion the year before, with strength across both PayPal and eBay. PayPal to clarify user agreement on robocalls, texts

PayPal has announced in a blog post that it will change its new user agreement, which comes into effect on 1 July, to make it clear that customers must provide express written consent before it can call or text them with marketing.
