Perplexity agrees revenue share with publishers cited in AI search ads
The AI search engine Perplexity has agreed to start sharing revenues with publishers it references in its search results. It will also offer free access to its APIs and professional tools to the media partners, in an effort to compensate them for using their publications to develop its search service.
