PLDT launches TVolution set-top box
Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company (PLDT) has introduced TVolution, a set-top box capable of accessing the internet and networking with other devices. TVolution runs on Android, comes with 4 GB of storage, can connect to HDMI-ready TVs, and synchs with a PLDT Home Fibr Wi-Fi connection. The device also supports Bluetooth, microSD and USB. To get the service, customers pay PHP 199 on top of their monthly Fibr subscription.

Philippine Long Distance Telephone (PLDT) has warned customers that broadband speeds may be slow due to multiple cable cuts in the Asia Pacific Cable Network (APCN).
