ProSiebenSat.1 increases stake in Aroundhome to 94%

German broadcaster ProSiebenSat1 said it has increased the stake held by its e-commerce unit NuCom in online broker for home services and products Aroundhome to 94 percent from 42 percent. The transaction values Aroundhome at EUR 140 million. The NuCom Group now has a majority stake in all ten portfolio companies. The 52 percent increase includes 42 percent from General Atlantic, 8 percent from founder Mario Kohle and 2 percent from co-founder Robin Behlau.
