ProSiebenSat.1 large shareholders mull no-confidence vote in chairman at next AGM - report

The large shareholders of German broadcaster ProSiebenSat.1, Czech billionaire Daniel Kretinsky and Italian broadcaster Mediaset, are considering submitting a motion for a vote of no confidence in chairman of the supervisory board Werner Brandt at the general meeting scheduled for 10 June, Manager Magazine reports citing sources.
