Regulator approves TOT's 2.3 GHz spectrum plan

Thailand's National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission's telecom committee has approved TOT's management plan for the 60 megahertz it holds in the 2.3 GHz spectrum, The Nation reports, citing NBTC secretary-general Takorn Tantasith. TOT has been seeking a partner for the launch of 4G mobile services on this band. 13 companies have acquired the terms of reference, and plan to bid for TOT's partnership offer.
