Russian national operator Rostelecom and Nokia have founded a joint venture in Russia, reports Kommersant. New joint venture RTK-Network Technologies will develop software and produce network equipment.
The company will have an equity of RUB 100 million, with Rostelecom owning a 51 percent stake and Nokia holding 49 percent.
