Rostelecom reaches 100,000 IPTV subscribers in Novosibirsk

Russian national operator Rostelecom has announced that its IPTV subscriber base has reached the threshold of 100,000 in the Novosibirsk region. Its broadband subscriber base there is 220,000 households.

This year, the national operator has launched its IPTV services in almost 300 settlements in the region. The service was available in 47 settlements at the beginning of the year.

It said 97 percent of subscribers use its basic IPTV packages and 53 percent are connected to the Starting package, containing 126 channels, including 26 in HD.
