Rostelecom records 1,000 OTT users in Stavropol

Russian national operator Rostelecom said that the number of households using its 'IPTV 2.0' OTT service is approaching the 1,000 mark in the Stavropol region. The service is available under the internet coverage of any provider; the minimum broadband speed necessary to use the service is 3 Mbps.
