Salt, Nokia demonstrate 5G at record speed of 4.5 Gbps

Swiss mobile operator Salt and Nokia showcased end-to-end applications on 5G technology in the operator's headquarters in Renens. The operator has gained a temporary licence from the regulator to perform the tests in the 3.5 GHz frequency band, which will be at the core of the new radio configuration to be applied for the introduction of 5G on Salt's network as of 2020.
