Samsung donates USD 35,000 to Red Cross Bahamas relief effort

Samsung announced that its Samsung Corporate Citizenship unit donated USD 35,000 in funding to the Red Cross to support its work helping the Bahamas recover from the recent Category 5 Hurricane Dorian. The contribution to the charity's 18-month recovery plan will benefit more than 8,000 people, said Samsung Electronics Latin America, which has set up an immediate response process to the region's natural disasters.
