Samsung launches Galaxy R with Nvidia Tegra 2 chip
Samsung announced the latest smartphone in its Galaxy line-up, the Galaxy R with Android 2.3 and the Nvidia Tegra 2 dual-core processor. The phone features a WVGA Super Clear LCD screen at 4.19 inches and comes with the Nvidia GeForce GPU, for fast web browsing with hardware-accelerated Adobe Flash Player support and HD video. It includes 8GB memory and a card slot for cards up to 32GB. The Galaxy R is available already in Sweden and is coming to other regions soon, including North abd Eastern Europe, South East and West Asia, the Middle East and China.
