Samsung launches Galaxy R with Nvidia Tegra 2 chip
Samsung announced the latest smartphone in its Galaxy line-up, the Galaxy R with Android 2.3 and the Nvidia Tegra 2 dual-core processor. The phone features a WVGA Super Clear LCD screen at 4.19 inches and comes with the Nvidia GeForce GPU, for fast web browsing with hardware-accelerated Adobe Flash Player support and HD video. It includes 8GB memory and a card slot for cards up to 32GB. The Galaxy R is available already in Sweden and is coming to other regions soon, including North abd Eastern Europe, South East and West Asia, the Middle East and China.

Samsung heeft de Galaxy R met Android 2.3 en de Nvidia Tegra 2 dual core processor aan zijn Galaxy smartphone serie toegevoegd. Het toestel heeft een WVGA Super Clear LCD scherm van 4,19 inch en beschikt over de Nvidia GeForce GPU voor web browsing en HD video. Er zit een 8GB geheugen in en een card slot voor kaarten tot 32 GB. De Samsung Galaxy R is in Zweden al beschikbaar en zal op korte termijn gelanceerd worden in andere delen van Noord- en Oost-Europa en delen van Azië.
