Samsung has launched the Galaxy S4 zoom smartphone with advanced photo capabilities based on its 10x optical zoom, 16 megapixel CMOS sensor, OIS and Xenon Flash. Described as "the ultimate smartphone and camera experience in one", the smartphone features the Zoom Ring, which allows users to activate an in-call photo share feature when they are in the middle of a phone call to capture and share an image via MMS with the person they are talking to.
Other innovations include an optical image stabiliser to reduce blurring when zoomed in, and Photo Suggest, which connects users to libraries of photos taken by fellow photographers. The Galaxy S4 zoom supports LTE, comes with a 4.3-in qHD sAMOLED display (960x540), a 1.5GHz dual-core processor, Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean) and a 1.9 megapixel front camera.
