Samsung Electronics has sold 10 million Galaxy S II smartphones across the globe since the launch of the device in April this year. Sales of the handset doubled in the two months after hitting the five-million mark in July. Sales in South Korea totalled 3.6 million, sales in Europe topped 3.4 million, and sales in the rest of Asia were 2.3 million.
