Samsung to seek iPhone 4S ban in France, Italy
Samsung Electronics plans to file patent infringement claims in France and Italy to block the sale of the new iPhone 4S, reports Reuters. It also said that it would file legal cases in other countries to ban the sale of the iPhone 4S. Since April, Samsung and Apple have sued each other in 10 countries involving more than 20 cases.

Apple's iPhone 4S with 64 GB to cost EUR 849 in Germany

Apple has unveiled the German prices for the iPhone 4S in the iOS app to access iTunes, according to heise online. The 4S 16GB without Sim lock will cost EUR 629, then 32 GB version will cost EUR 739 and the 64 GB version will cost EUR 849.
