Seaborn to deploy US-Brazil submarine cable system
Seaborn Networks will deploy the Seabras-1 submarine cable system to provide a direct route between the US and Sao Paulo, Brazil. Seabras-1 will be a 32 Tbps system that connects Miami and Sao Paulo, with a branch that lands in Fortaleza, Brazil. Activation is scheduled for 2014.
