SFR Business launches PMR offering over 3G/4G and wins contract with SNCF

French operator SFR announced that its B2B division has expanded its business portfolio with a range of Private Mobile Radio (PMR) services over 3G/4G. Among the first customers, national rail company SNCF has selected the new offering to replace its existing TETRA-based dedicated network. This deployment will begin later this year for SNCF's train security agents nationwide, and will also start across the Transilien railway system in the Ile-de-France region.
