Singtel appoints new CEO at Optus, Consumer Australia, Lew moves to new role
Singtel has appointed Kelly Bayer Rosmarin as CEO designate of both Optus and Consumer Australia, effective immediately. She replaces Allen Lew and will join the Singtel management committee from 1 April 2020. Bayer Rosmarin previously served a deputy CEO of Optus. Lew will take on the newly-created role of CEO Group Strategy and Business Development and Country Chief Officer Thailand and will continue as chairman of the executive committee of Thai associate AIS. 

Lew was appointed CEO of Optus and Consumer Australia in 2014, having held a range of senior management roles since joining the Group in 1980. These roles included CEO Group Digital Life, CEO Singapore and COO AIS.

Prior to joining Singtel in March 2019, Bayer Rosmarin was Group Executive of Institutional Banking and Markets at CBA.
