
In its aim to gain market share in the business area, T-Mobile Netherlands recently launched the Mobile Office Optimizer, which offers mobile business customers easy access to their Outlook e-mail, check their calendar or browse the internet or their corporate network where ever and whenever, using a laptop with a T-Mobile pc-card, a T-Mobile MDA or a PDA. The company initially targets the business market, but after the summer it will also launch marketing campaigns to reach the SME market. Sources within T-Mobile Netherlands said to Telecom.paper that the company will also introduce the BlackBerry after the summer. Unlike its competitors on the Dutch mobile market Vodafone and O2, T-Mobile will offer the BlackBerry under its own brand.
