T-Mobile NL posts lower revenues in Q4, adds 77,000 postpaid subscribers

T-Mobile Netherlands gained 77,000 postpaid subscribers in the fourth quarter. Revenues fell by 3.9 percent from the year before to EUR 342 million, while the EBITDA went 22 percent higher to EUR 94 million. This pushed the margin up by almost 6 percentage points to 27.5 percent. The SAC (recruitment costs per customer) amounted to EUR 87, halved from the year before. The SRC (costs of retention) also fell, going down to EUR 43 from 181.
