T-Mobile to cut 150 jobs in Netherlands

T-Mobile Netherlands wants to reorganise and eliminate up to 150 full-time jobs. The operator will close its call centre in Breda and Online Broadband office in Amsterdam by the end of the year, with the work transferred to The Hague. T-Mobile wants to cut costs and make the company more efficient. T-Mobile NL will launch an assessment of its operations and hopes to cut jobs via natural attrition, by not renewing year contracts and by hiring fewer temporary staff. Redundancies are not excluded. The works council has yet to comment on the plans.
