Texaco is set to unveil a deal with T-Mobile UK under which the two companies will offer Wi-Fi wireless Internet access at several hundred Texaco petrol stations across the UK. T-Mobile believes that the deal could help it to become the leading Wi-Fi hotspot operator in the UK, by targeting the 3 million-5 million travellers per day on the UK's roads. T-Mobile already offers Wi-Fi access at six Starwood hotels and 56 Starbucks coffee shops across the UK, charging 5.50 (EUR 7.90) per hour, 16.50 pounds a week, 47 pounds per month or 14 pounds per 120 minutes of access.
