T-Systems Switzerland has appointed Louis Emery as the Head of SI/DI (Systems Integration/Digital Integration). He will be responsible for projects in areas such as big data, IoT, SAP HANA, data migration and archiving, as well as software engineering and industry-specific products. The position reports directly to managing director Stefano Camuso.

Emery moves from DXC Technology (formerly CSC Switzerland) to T-Systems Switzerland, where as Director Public Sector and Member of the Executive Board, he was responsible for accounts such as Swiss Post, Postfinance, SBB, various federal and cantonal administrations and RUAG. He has also proven his skills as a manager, key account manager and (SAP) consultant at companies such as IBM, ASP Inteco, Sohard Engineering or Bedag. Emery has over 30 years of industry experience.

Emery replaces Thomas Failer, who leaves the company at the end of March. Failer will work for Data Migration Services based in Kreuzlingen. DMS is the manufacturer of JiVS, the platform for system-independent data management and compliance as well as the shutdown of legacy applications. DMS is a strategic partner of T-Systems, so that Failer will continue to work with his former colleagues in the future.
