
German cable network operator Tele Columbus Group has announced new organisational structure following the acquisition of Primacom in July and in preparation of the planned closing of the Pepcom deal by end-2015. Including Ronny Verhelst and Frank Posnanski, who will continue in their respective roles as CEO and CFO for the combined group, the new management will consist of seven members in total.
Stefan Beberweil, who has been with Tele Columbus since February 2014 as Chief Commercial Officer, will be appointed Chief Marketing Officer. Diana-Camilla Matz, who has been working for Tele Columbus since 2010 as Director Customer Management, will be promoted to Chief Customer Sales Officer.
Jean-Pascal Roux (from Primacom) as Senior Director Housing Associations will be in charge of the Housing Industry business of the combined group. Ludwig Modra (from Primacom) will be appointed Chief Technology Officer (CTO) heading Engineering, Network Development and Network Operations. Jens Mueller will become the group's Chief Integration Officer (CIO). Reinhard Sauer, CTO of Tele Columbus, and Joachim Grendel, CEO of Primacom, will leave the group at their own request on 31 October and 15 November respectively.
