Telecom Italia finalizes EUR 355 mln real estate assets sales
The closing of the sale of some of Telecom Italia Group's real estate assets to Lastra Holding B.V., a company within the Five Mounts Properties Group (FMP), was finalised. As already announced on 20 June 2003, the value of the transaction is equal to approximately EUR 355 million and will allow the Telecom Italia Group to reduce its consolidated financial debt by the same amount.
