Terra's shares fell below the EUR 5.25 price set by Telefonica on the latter's bid for 100% of the company. This is the first time that this has happened since Telefonica unveiled the bid at end-May 2003, reports Cinco Dias. Telefonica has missed the deadline for raising the bid price. Terra has seen around 150 million shares traded on the stock market since the bid was made. Terra's shares have risen 20.58% since the bid.
