Telefonica targets a compound annaul growth rate of 1-4 percent in revenues over the period 2010 to 2013. The company gave the forecast at an analyst meeting in London. Capex over the period 2011-13 is estimated at a maximum EUR 27 billion, after EUR 8.5 billion in 2010. The outlook excludes any additional acquisitions or divestment or one-time items. The operator also reiterated its pledge to pay a dividend of EUR 1.75 per share in 2012, up from EUR 1.60 in 2011, and said annual shareholder remuneration thereafter will be at least the same amount, through a combination of dividends and/or share buybacks. .
